The perishable waste treatment equipment and the 5-year entrusted operation and maintenance project won the bid in 2021. The project content includes: a complete set of disposal process (including tail water, tail gas, and solid residue resource disposal), 20 sets of equipment (total daily processing capacity of 64 tons) ), government procurement with additional 5-year operation and maintenance. The scale of the project is 64 tons/day accumulatively in 10 townships, and the project model adopts the government equipment procurement and operation and maintenance service model. The construction content is the procurement of perishable waste treatment equipment (phase-change food waste disposal system) and supporting wastewater and waste gas treatment systems in 10 townships and 20 treatment stations, as well as the 5-year cycle operation and maintenance of the project, digital control, etc. The project realizes the on-site treatment of perishable waste in all townships in the county, with a wide range of disposal, simple process operation and flexible disposal mode.
