What is the dosage of bacterial agent? Do I have to purchase compound biological agents from your company?
The amount of normal-temperature aerobic bacteria agent : about 5 liters of bacteria agent per day for a single ton of waste disposal (commonly used packaging is 25 liters/barrel, and a barrel can be used for about 5 days). Output processing path?
For the application scenarios of on-site treatment, the tail water discharged from our normal temperature aerobic degradation equipment can reach the municipal B-level discharge standard through a simple water treatment process; for large-scale projects, it can be used as a carbon source supplement for sewage plants, as liquid fertilizer and for reclaimed water reuse. A small amount of residue after treatment by our high-temperature aerobic degradation equipment can be used as raw material for organic fertilizer.

How is the warranty period calculated? How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is calculated from the date of successful installation and debugging of the equipment, and the whole machine has a 1-year warranty period, with paid maintenance for life. The design service life is more than 10 years.

Does the company provide training?
Yes, after the equipment installation, the company will provide the purchaser with 2 days of technical guidance and related training.

If the equipment breaks down, how long can the company solve it?
Respond within 1 hour after receiving the failure notification from the user; if we need to go to the scene, arrive at the scene in the fastest way; if the failure cannot be eliminated within 72 hours, spare parts will be provided to ensure the normal operation of the equipment; within 24 hours after the failure problem is solved, we will feeds back the problem handling report to the user, explaining the type of problem, the cause of the problem, the method used in solving the problem, and the loss (if any) caused.
